Bio

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). During my undergraduate studies, I focused on applied mathematics and my thesis examined recommendation models based on matrix factorizations. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the same institution under the supervision of Dr. Juan Kamienkowski in the Applied Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (LIAA), which is part of the Computer Science Institute (ICC). My research focuses on computational models for eye movements during visual search tasks in natural environments.

My interests include (but are not limited to) Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Computational Neuroscience, and statistical and Bayesian modeling. Additionally, I am a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at UBA, teaching Organization and Architecture I, and also teach Machine Learning in the Data Mining Master’s program at UBA.

Research/Interest Areas:

  • Eye Movements
  • Computational Cognitive Neuroscience
  • Machine Learning
  • Bayesian Modeling
